This event is another project
of Honolulu 100, a non-profit organization formed to assist
the City & County of Honolulu in defraying costs of
worthwhile civic activities, projects and events. Honolulu
100 was created to assist in the celebration of the
Centennial anniversary year events of the city. It was
reorganized into a private non-profit in order to continue
work after the centennial year concluded.
Honolulu 100 officers are Linda Wong, chair; Stanford Yuen,
vice-chair;
Charlian Wright, secretary and Fran Kirk, treasurer.
